Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account data (email, name, optional affiliation and phone number), the research questions and review configurations you submit, the papers and manuscripts the pipeline produces for you, and usage data needed to operate trials and billing (session cookie, IP-derived rate-limit counters, charge history).
How we use it
To run your reviews, bill completed reviews, prevent abuse of the free trial, send transactional email about your reviews, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your research content to train AI models.
Processors
We share data with the subprocessors required to run the service: Stripe (payments — we never store card numbers), OpenAI (review pipeline text processing), Railway (API hosting), and Cloudflare (site hosting and CDN).
Retention & deletion
Your reviews and account data are retained while your account is active. Email support@arakis.ai to request export or deletion of your data; billing records are retained as required for accounting.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us.
